The joinery firm Ashbourne UK limited were appointed to undertake the entire fitted joinery contract for my 3,000 sq. ft. London townhouse at Mulberry Walk in 2019 as part of a comprehensive refurbishment of the whole building being undertaken by main contractor Chelsea Construction Co. The bespoke work comprised decorative shelving and fitted cupboards, timber fireplace surrounds, study desks, fitted wardrobes with mirror doors, and specialist units for a dressing table with mirror door surrounds, and a fold down double murphy bed with associated hanging space. Ashbourne staff proved highly responsive to design development requirements through the production of detail construction drawings before implementation with a clear intent to meet the desired interior design outcome and the final product was high quality joinery with which I am very satisfied. It was a pleasure to have worked with them, they should be proud of their achievement and I would have no hesitation as both interior designer and client in recommending them to any potential client.
